Confirm billing basis, payment count, fees, lease dates and responsibilities directly with the property. Whole-unit splits are hypothetical household scenarios. Unknown amounts remain unknown.
Building and property locations are approximate, not verified accessible entrances. Route estimates, when available, do not guarantee service, parking, safe travel or arrival. Review opinions do not establish current conditions. Roomwise does not execute leases or supply legal advice.
Google Maps functionality is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the incorporated Google terms, and the Google Privacy Policy. Do not extract or reuse provider content outside its permitted scope. Application code licensing does not grant rights to third-party data, content or model weights.
This software is provided under its MIT license, without warranty. Local account and recovery features are a prototype and do not establish production hosting readiness. Keep downloaded exports and credentials private.
